As a NATO soldier in 95/95 I personally evacuated many children from Sarajevo for medical treatment world-wide. I have been personally involved with Milena Malesavic (featured in this film) and made my own short movie last spring. The Street Dog Woman of Sarajevo… a tribute documentary by Vic Ferguson

So I consider myself a citizen of Sarajevo and therefore qualified to comment on this matter.

I pose a question to the Ministers of ALL THREE Governments of the former Yugoslavia…

“Why, almost two decades after bearing witness to the slaughter of innocent children to you commit the same atrocities to innocent Street Dogs and your children to witness this on the streets where they live, in the mountains and even in schools and orphanages?”

I will not stand by without sharing openly with my friends world-wide so EVERYONE can see what you are doing. You are disgusting animals….. Shame on you all.
